1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Aiartform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Aiartform is a creative design platform that provides users with a variety of AI-powered design templates. Users can customize templates with their own inputs (text, images, colors) and generate unique designs using AI technology.

- •Customize designs by providing text inputs, uploading images, and selecting colors.
- •Generate AI-powered designs using the Grok AI (xAI) image generation model via API.
- •Download, share, and use generated designs.
- •Save designs to personal collections and manage favourites.
- •Purchase credits and subscriptions to access design generation features.
3. Account Registration & Security
a) Account Creation
- •You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- •You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
b) Account Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
- •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
- •Upon termination, your access to the platform and any unused credits will be revoked. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused credits upon account termination due to Terms violations.
4. Credits & Payments
a) Credits System
- •Aiartform uses a credit-based system. Each design generation consumes a certain number of credits.
- •Credits can be obtained through free bonuses (for new users), purchased individually, or included as part of a subscription plan.
- •Credit balances are non-transferable between accounts.
b) Purchases & Subscriptions
- •All purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
- •Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
c) Refunds
- •Credits that have been used for design generation are non-refundable.
- •Refund requests for unused credits or subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@aiartform.com for refund inquiries.
- •We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse or fraudulent activity.
5. AI-Generated Content
This is a critical section. Please read it carefully.
a) How It Works
- •Aiartform uses the Grok AI (xAI) image generation model via API to generate designs based on your inputs.
- •Your uploaded images, text inputs, and color selections are sent to xAI's servers for processing. We do not store your inputs after generation is complete.
- •Generated designs are returned to you and associated with your account for re-access.
b) Your Responsibility
- •Once a design is generated, you are solely responsible for how you use, distribute, publish, or commercialize it.
- •You must ensure that your use of generated designs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and third-party rights.
- •You must not use AI-generated content for illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent purposes.
- •You must not use the platform to generate content that infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of others.
- •You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before using it.
c) No Guarantees
- •AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, unique, or free from errors.
- •We do not guarantee that generated designs will be suitable for any specific purpose.
- •We do not guarantee that generated designs will not resemble existing works. AI models learn from publicly available data and may produce similar outputs.
- •Using AI-generated designs is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
d) Ownership
- •Aiartform does not claim ownership of your uploaded content or AI-generated designs.
- •We do not claim any intellectual property rights over designs you generate using the platform.
- •The design templates, UI, platform code, branding, and all other Aiartform assets remain our intellectual property.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Aiartform to:
- •Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- •Generate content that exploits minors in any way.
- •Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- •Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
- •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or generate designs in bulk without authorization.
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- •Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
- •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform or its features without our written consent.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
a) Our Property
- •The Aiartform platform, including its design, code, features, branding, logos, design templates, and all related content, is owned by Aiartform and protected by intellectual property laws.
- •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.
b) Your Content
- •You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the platform.
- •By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the design generation service.
- •We do not use your uploaded content for any other purpose, including training AI models.
8. Third-Party Services
Aiartform relies on third-party services to operate. By using our platform, you acknowledge that:
- •Grok AI (xAI): Your design inputs are processed by xAI's servers via API. xAI's terms of service and privacy policy apply to data processed through their service. As per xAI's API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models.
- •Google OAuth: Authentication is handled by Google. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to the sign-in process.
- •Payment processors: Payments are handled by third-party providers. Their terms apply to all transactions.
- •We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aiartform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- •We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- •We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- •We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any AI-generated content.
- •We do not warrant that generated designs will be unique or will not resemble existing works.
- •Any reliance on the platform or its outputs is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- •Aiartform, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- •We shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the platform.
- •We shall not be liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement, defamation, or inaccuracy.
- •We shall not be liable for any actions taken by third-party services (xAI, Google, payment processors) that we integrate with.
- •Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aiartform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aiartform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- •Your violation of these Terms.
- •Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- •Any content you upload to the platform.
- •Any dispute between you and a third party related to your use of generated designs.
12. Service Availability & Modifications
- •We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- •We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
- •We reserve the right to change pricing, credit costs, and subscription plans. Changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until their next renewal.
- •We may introduce new features, remove existing ones, or change how the platform works at our discretion.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through:
